MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING

TED talks are a recent and very popular phenomenon. I think that a key part of the attraction to TED talks is that many people watching are experiencing an element of unfulfillment in some part of their life. Through TED talks they hope to find purpose and inspiration. While that can happen, my experience suggests that a more intentional and client-tailored approach to inspiration and motivation has a greater chance of success.
